Two Day ILTA training is a program that focuses on the laser tag attraction and briefing. Staff members will receive approximately eight hours of classroom and on-site training per day for two days. Classroom training covers the following:
1. Employee Attitude for the Retail, Food Service, and Entertainment Industry
2. “Customer Service – Foundations”
3. “Customer Service – How To’s”
4. “Customer Service – Problem Solving”
5. “Customer Service – Taking Care of You"
6. Briefing – Intense focus on delivering an education and entertaining orientation to the facility and laser tag
7. Facility Hardware Orientation –explanation and training on computers, sound systems, fog machines,
radios, and more. Specifically excluded is training on the laser tag hardware and software as that is
provided by the manufacturer.
8. Forms – Explanation and repetitive practice of all critical forms for the successful facility including:

Manuals and Binders that will be provided include:
1. Operations Manual – 96 pages of knowledge for the facility
2. Staff Manual – 25 pages for the Employee Handbook/Staff Manual
3. Confidential Accident Report Binder
Follow Up will include:
1. Unlimited phone support for a period of one year after the training
2. Unlimited e-mail and fax support for a period of one year after the training
3. No Fee Return Visit – simply cover the expenses and the trainer will return for a three day period for
refresher or troubleshooting within the first year
