The Site Visit program has been developed for operators that want a quick "punch list" of items that could be changed to increase operational efficiency. Our Site Visit team will provide advice on all aspects of your operations with a focus on three main dimensions: efficiency, guest experience and your staff’s demeanor during our visit. The assessment will be compiled into a report that we will sit down and discuss with you after our visit is over.
Before Our Visit
Before we visit your facility we will have a phone conversation with you to go over any aspects of your business that you want us to evaluate while we are on site. During the conversation, we will discuss how the site visitation will work and set up a meeting time after the visit to go over the report our site visitation group composes.
Day of the Visit
Our site visitation team will normally consist of one to two people with operational experience who are able to notice areas where you excel, but also areas that may need improvements. Please do not tell your staff that a consultant will be visiting your location, we like to secret shop your location to understand what the average guest sees when they are at your facility. Our team will buy into a game of laser tag, experience the game, and then walk around your facility and take in the whole experience.
After they have played a game and had time to look at your facility, they will compile a list of areas that you excel and areas that could use improvement. We will meet at the pre-scheduled time to go over this report, often we will meet for dinner the night of the site visit to go over the report.
