Full ILTA training is a five day program for all members of the crew. Training is broken into two sections for the crew and includes personal attention for the management team. Please note that the structure of training is altered based on the type of facility you operate as well as tailored for your needs.
Section One includes classroom training for your staff. The intent of this section is to:
* Teach your staff expectations for appearance and behavior at work
* Prepare your staff for customer interaction
* Teach staff how to operate the tools they need for creating and maintaining a great environment
* Prepare staff to "Wow" customers in the laser tag attraction
Section Two includes training during your soft opening and work with your management team. The intent of this section is to:
* Guide your store through its soft opening
* Work with your managment team on operations and marketing

1. Operations Manual – 96 pages of knowledge for the facility
2. Staff Manual – 25 pages for the Employee Handbook/Staff Manual
3. Schedule & Requests Off Binder
4. Master Forms Binder
5. Confidential Accident Report Binder
6. Marketing Communications Plan – First Year Marketing Program Outline
7. Laser Tag Birthday Party Guide
8. OSHA Handbook
9. Blood-borne Pathogen Exposure Plan
Follow Up will include:
1. Unlimited phone support for a period of one year after the training
2. Unlimited e-mail and fax support for a period of one year after the training
3. No Fee Return Visit – simply cover the expenses and the trainer will return for a three day period for
refresher or troubleshooting within the first year
