Welcome to what can become the most important week of your new facility's life! The International Laser Tag Association, Inc. has gathered numerous concepts into this one document to help promote the beginning of your facility.

There is a great deal of correlation between those facilities that have a successful pre-opening and Grand Opening and the overall long term lifespan and profitability versus those facilities that, for whatever reason, did not do a pre-opening week and a Grand Opening.

Pre-opening week does not need to be an expensive event. In fact, in the long term, it may be one of the most cost-effective programs that you can implement as a new owner.

The value of a laser pack sitting on a rack not be utilized has a greater detrimental cost than the pack being used by a first time player enjoying a game for free. This is especially true in a market new to laser tag and lasergames.
