Please read the following regarding the International Laser Tag Association, Inc.'s policies regarding replacements, refunds, shipping, and membership status.
REPLACEMENTS - If any product is delivered to your designated address and it is damaged beyond use please contact the ILTA at ++317.786.9755 or by e-mail at service@lasertag.org so that we may issue you a new replacement document or membership immediately.
REFUNDS - Due to the educational and/or informational nature of the products and services offered by the ILTA, we regret that we cannot offer a money-back guarantee. Our documents, services, and memberships are designed to aid and assist a person, group of people, company, corporation or other entity in making business decisions including, but not limited, entering the marketplace; conducting business in the marketplace; or exiting the marketplace. It is not financially prudent to allow the sale of a product, service, or membership that aids the buyer in avoiding or determining a course of action that enables the buyer to save, salvage, or increase their sales or financial position and then allow the buyer to seek a refund from the ILTA after utilizing that knowledge provided in said products, services, or memberships.
SHIPPING - Our fees for shipping are clearly outlined at the time of the on-line checkout as well as listed on our printable order form. Customers are provide their choice in shipping options so as to allow them to determine how fast or in what manner they wish to receive their order. The fees assessed for shipping may not include the actual and true shipping costs.
MEMBERSHIP
FACILITY MEMBERSHIPS - Facility Memberships are sold based on the concept that a facility is the member and not its owner or parent company. A facility is defined as a laser tag or laser game commercial enterprise located at a specific street address. Membership is based on an annual fee with the expiration set for the last day of the month one year from the time payment is received by the ILTA.
If a manufacturer pays for the facility membership in a special program offered by the ILTA, the manufacturer may request the removal of the facility from membership status for any reason deemed appropriate by the manufacturer. Further, on the Where To Play? listing, the manufacturer will receive a link to its website.
DEVELOPER MEMBERSHIPS - Developer Memberships are unique in the aspect that the purpose of the program is to aid and assist potential operators in determining the viability of their project. This aid is reactive based on being contacted by the Developer Member. Due to nature of the membership, no refunds are offered at all in any capacity. If for any reason a Developer Member chooses not to proceed with their project, the ILTA shall designate that Developer Member as INACTIVE and shall suspend all membership services and benefits indefinitely until such time that the Developer Member contacts the ILTA to reactivate the membership.
