The main focus of the ILTA is helping our Developer Members. We open up our resources and knowledge base to assist our Members. Your business plan will be reviewed for potential fatal errors and flaws that could derail your funding possibility. All business plans are treated confidentially. After unlimited reviews, we can provide a letter stating that your plan has been independently reviewed and is within industry guidelines.

The ILTA has read and reviewed hundreds of leases and can spot most issues before they become criseses. Learn to avoid those items that can cause you hundreds of dollars in unneccasry repairs and out of pocket expenses.

· Laser Tag Equipment Contract Review ·

After operating 3 different types of laser tag equipment and gathering lessons learned from our members worldwide we will review your sales proposal before you sign anything legally binding. We do not provide legal advice but we can find flaws in contracts that may void your warranty and/or your protected territory. We can recommend key items to negotiate so that both you and the equipment vendor generate a win-win relationship for your long-term success. All contracts are treated confidentially.

The revenues generated in your arcade can be up to 25% of your facility gross sales and a bad agreement can cost you tens of thousands. Avoid that mistake by having the ILTA review your arcade contract in advance.

Does your agreement from your soft drink supplier come with a check? Many successful operators are able to get additional sums of money from the soft drink supplier in addition lower case prices. The ILTA Test Site received a check for $10,000 just to switch vendors.

You need an experienced point of view regarding the most appropriate laser tag vendors for your project. The ILTA will not recommend any one particular vendor but we can aid you in determing the two or three suitable vendors based on your project guidelines.

No, we don't design your facility - we have great members below that do that at a discount! But, we are happy to review the floor plan for the facility and the arena for operational utilization for greater efficiency and profitability. In one non-member designed review we found two extra door frames that were not needed which saved the Developer approximately $1000 in contruction costs.
