THE FINE PRINT

The International Laser Tag Association, Inc. will give away TEN free laser tag games at any facility of your choice if you are the monthly winner in our drawing. Our drawing is taken from entries that we recive by players who fill out the Facility Review Form located above. To enter, a player must provide as much information as possible as requested in the appropriate fields in the form above.

The Rules:

1- Only one winner per month from two regions - One region is the North and South America's and the other region is Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and other areas outside of the Western Hemisphere.

2- All entries that are not selected shall be enrolled automatically for the next month's drawing.

3- All entries are property of the International Laser Tag Association, Inc. All entries shall be treated as confidential and not released to anyone or any company.

4- You may enter as many different Facility Reviews as you wish. Each Facility Review shall count as a separate entry. You may only do one Facility Review per specific address of facility.

5- Information submitted on the Facility Review Form is subject to verification before awarding of prizes.

6- Void where prohibited. Entrants are responsable for taxes, if any. Winners under the age of 18 must submit a Parental Award Approval Form that will be supplied by the International Laser Tag Association, Inc.

7- All winners agree that the International Laser Tag Association, Inc. may use their name and likeness in any and all announcements of winners.

8- By entering any Facility Review Form, you acknowledge agreement to these rules and terms.

9- The International Laser Tag Association, Inc., at is discretion, may purchase a ten game pack at a discount in the winner's name OR provide a payment equivalent to the lowest price that a facility may sell ten games to a member of the general public. If the payment option is exercised, the payment shall be made by check and in U.S. Dollars. Currency conversions, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.

10- If you supply information on a facility that is not in the International Laser Tag Associations, Inc.'s database, you will win an extra TEN games of lasertag or lasergames.
