Laser Tag Convention Review #3: Event at King Putt

ILTA_Event_logo Indianapolis, IN May 21st. 2012: Our fourth annual Laser Tag Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada was our most exciting and successful yet! Besides our great numbers and fantastic new exhibitors, we hosted our first off site event at King Putt Entertainment Center. Owner Jeff Swanlund offered his facility to all attendees, giving them a chance to either see something new or to check out what a newly finished product looks like. Pizza, beer, and additional drinks and snacks were provided by Laserforce for the guests.

Wanted: Aliens to Abduct Oregon Band

May 18th, 2012: Pop culture references to laser tag are a regular occurrence these days. One cannot flip on a TV or surf the internet without stumbling across a new music video or reference to our industry. Many conjure an image of a post-apocalyptic world or a futuristic sport competition. Those in the band YACHT certainly thought of the former when they filmed the video for their song “Beam Me Up.”

KSC Plays Laser Tag For a Cause

Keene, NH May 2nd, 2012: Keene State College students spent an evening tagging for a good cause at Habitat for Humanity’s fundraiser on Friday, April 27. This fundraiser known as “Habitat After Dark” took place in the Spaulding Gymnasium were strobe and disco illuminations were the only lighting. Laser-tag shared the gym with a rave dance floor.
