FREE USED EQUIPMENT LISTING REGISTRATION FORM
This page is only if you currently have used laser tag or laser game equipment for sale.
The ILTA has recently started to aggresively trade out used equipment listings
(http://www.lasertag.org/investor/forsale.html) for certain items and you
may be interested in the program.
We are looking for other items that may not seem to have value to you but
would be beneficial to the ILTA. Specifically, what we are looking for is:
1) A copy of the laser tag sales agreement - all personal identifiable
information can be blacked out or deleted. Our focus is to read each sales
agreement and put together a collection of tips and suggestions when
negotiating a purchase of equipment that is mutually beneficial for all
parties involved.
2) Any and all radio commercials - if they are in tape format, we can
digitize and return the tapes back to you. If they are already in an .mp3
or .wav format then you could e-mail them to us.
3) Any and all TV commercials - if they are in tape format, we can digitize
and return the tapes back to you. If they are already in an .mp3 or .wav
format then you could e-mail them to us.
4) Any and all print ads - look through your computer files or filing
cabinets, anything and everything related to print ads (posters, flyers,
brochures, etc.) would be appreciated.
5) Soft Drink Agreement- most facilities have an agreement with Pepsi or
Coke or some other brand and that agreement is usually in writing. We would
appreciate a copy of this document and any proposals that you may have
received. This document will be maintained as confidential.
6) Arcade Contract - most facilities have an agreement with an video game
provider that agreement is usually in writing. We would
appreciate a copy of this document and any proposals that you may have
received. This document will be maintained as confidential.
7) Lease Agreement - A copy of the lease of the facility. All personal
identifiable information can be blacked out or deleted. Our focus is to
read each lease agreement and put together a collection of tips and
suggestions when negotiating a facility lease that is mutually beneficial
for all parties involved. This document will be maintained as confidential.
8) Staff, Operations or Marketing Manuals - copies of any manuals used in
your facility may be beneficial at some point, either for the archives or for future reference.
9) Photos - pictures or digital images of the facility itself. We would
like to continue to grow our on-line digital archive.
The more items that you can provide the more free months that we can offer.
Basically assemble as much of the information above and let us know what you
have and we will come to some sort of arrangement. We have had listings
sell their equipment and never paid us a dime in actual cash. The set up
fee is normally $100 and the monthly fee is $50 so this saves you a
considerable amount of money.
Given our track record for selling used equipment (appx. 1 set every 2
months) we hope this program interests you.
