The ILTA offers extensive personalized service to its operators through e-mail or phone assistance. After visiting hundreds of locations over the years, the ILTA can not possibly place all of its resources on the web so it responds to the needs of its members when they call in for aid.

Calls can range from requests to look over a marketing plan; help word a two-for-one coupon; request phone numbers of other oerators with a similar situation; catch up on industry happenings; and any other topic that comes to their minds.

The ILTA is small enough to know all of its members and to consider many of the the operators as close friends; we treasure that relationship and will do whatever we can to help our friends.
