One of the most important documents in the life of your business is your lease agreement. This one document will affect your monthly budget long after you have repaid your business loan.
The ILTA has read and reviewed hundreds of leases in the past 7 years and can spot most issues before they become criseses. Learn to avoid those items that can cause you hundreds of dollars in unneccasry repairs and out of pocket expenses.
Further, there may be certain items or requests that you will fail to ask because you may never have had to negotiate a lease before. Failure to request a standard provision will cost you thousands of dollars and may delay your opening by months.
All contracts and proposals reviewed by the ILTA are maintained in the strictest confidence. A written or verbal review shall be provided to your within 48 hours of submission.
