Every year at the IAAPA Trade Show, the ILTA hosts an annual dinner open only to our Facility and Developer Members.

The dinner grows more popular every year, and there is a greater exchange of information regarding marketing, management, operations, training, etc. as well as the chance to meet new friends and reacquaint old friendships.

This year, the ILTA will be presenting a special award to the Founder and Creator of the laser tag industry, George C. Carter, III. Mr. Carter will speak to the dinner attendee's about the amazing changes that have taken place in the past 20 years of the laser tag industry.

Another special guest will be Alexander Andrianov, Director of TRUTNEE, the Russian version of the ILTA. Alex will be chatting with dinner attendee's about the unique differences in the markets between the former Soviet countries and the North American market.

"After the formal reports were delivered the floor was opened to the 32 operators and developers in the room. Questions ranged from utilizing interns for marketing to colleges to what were some of the best operator websites on the internet; from debating whether to raise prices to tips on successful marketing with radio; from increasing throughput of game operations to finding the right staff members; and much, much more."
